1 1/4 c. Cornflake crumbs
1/4 c. sesame seeds
3/4 tsp. paprika
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp. ground ginger
Dash ground red pepper
1/2 c. plain non-fat yogurt
2 Tbsp. honey
8 (6 oz.) skinned chicken breast halves
Non-stick cooking spray
2 Tbsp. margarine, melted
Combine first six ingredients in large ziploc heavy-duty plastic bag; set aside.
Combine yogurt and honey in shallow dish; stir well. Add chicken to yogurt mix, turning to coat. Remove chicken from yogurt; discard yogurt mixture. Add chicken to bag of dry ingredients; seal bag and shake to coat. Remove chicken and place on baking sheet coated with non-stick spray. Drizzle melted margarine over chicken. Bake at 400 for 45 minutes or until done.
