- 2 scoops 'Whey To Go' Whey Protein Isolate
- 4 oz water + 1-2 oz reserve
- 6 oz ice
- 2 slices of those peaches we mentioned earlier
Blend on medium speed as not to add a ton of air. Add your last 1 oz or so to keep drinkable, and not turn into a solid protein mess.
Definitely a 10 oz serving.
Drink.
