- 4 tablespoons butter or margarine
- 12 eggs
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon white pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon dill weed (I skip this and use Cajun seasoning)
- 1 pound crab meat
- 8 ounces cream cheese, cut into pieces
This recipe can be halved easily and use a 9 by 9 baking dish (or even a cast iron frying pan would work well)
