Leftover Chicken Pate

This stuff is amazing and I love eating it on a toasted multi-grain thin piled up high.  Would be a GREAT early post-op food:

Cooked Chicken breast
hardboiled eggs
cheddar cheese
mayonnaise
dijon mustard
spices to your liking (I enjoy garlic and sage)

Literally take it all and put it in the food processor to the consistency you like.  I do about 2-3 chicken breasts, a cup or two of cheese, 3 hardboiled eggs, and ate least a cup of mayo.  Sometimes I'll buy the pre-grilled and flavored breasts from Trader Joe's and use those.   But you could make this ANY flavor:  swiss cheese and more mustard, cayenne for a spicy version....try anything!

I would suggest not adding salt until the end because I think the dijon and cheese can make it quite salty
