4 boneless chicken thighs
12 strips of cooked bacon
1 cup of shredded colby jack cheese
4 teaspoons of honey mustard or bbq sauce
salt, pepper, and garlic powder
1 tablespoon of olive oil
Season the chicken with the salt, pepper, and garlic powder
heat the olive oil in a skillet over med-high heat until it just starts to smoke
place the chicken in the pan, reduce heat to med, and cook thoroughly on both sides
Place the cooked chicken on a baking sheet, top each with 1 teaspoon of sauce, three slices of cooked bacon, and finally 1/4 cup of cheese. Bake in a 350 degree oven until cheese is melted and bubbly.
