Marinade:
1c plain yogurt
1tbs lemon juice
2tsp cumin
1tsp cinnamon
2tsp cayenne
2tsp black pepper
1tbs minced fresh ginger
1tsp salt
4 chicken breasts (cut into bite sized pieces, sorta)
Marinade the chicken in the above ingredients for an hour or so. Grill (on skewers) until done (i actually use a cookie sheet and broil the pieces). Meanwhile, melt 1tbs butter in a skillet and saute 1 minced clove of garlic, and 1 minced jalapeno for about a minute. Add 2 tsp cumin, 2 tsp paprika, 1 tsp salt. 8 oz tomato sauce, 1c heavy cream. Simmer on low 20 min. Add chicken and simmer an additional 10 minutes. Garnish with fresh cilantro.
