Protein Coffee

1-half & half, 2 scoops anywhey tasteless protein powder and some sf davinci syrup, mix it up in my blender ball and pour it into hot coffee and stir. The key to protein coffee is to mix the protein powder with a small amount of lukewarm water first, then add to hot coffee. Otherwise, the protein gets all lumpy and gacky (yes, that's a technical term).

2-If you don't have lactose issues, it's super yummy to add half/half or cream to the mix. You can warm that slightly in the microwave if you want your drink to stay hot longer.

3-Nuke or steam 8-10 oz of half and half, heavy cream, soy milk, or whole milk (depending upon what you can tolerate). Add in double shot of decaf espresso or 2-4 oz of decaf coffee. Stir. Add in a scoop of protein powder (I use a mix of Vanilla Cinnamon & Champion Whey chocolate).

4-Brew your coffee as usual. Blend/shake/stir 4 oz of 1/2 & 1/2 and 1 heaping scoop of IDS vanilla-cinnamon protein powder (Vitalady). Then, I just pour brewed coffee over the protein mixture to keep it under 130 degrees.

Protein Coffee or Chai Tea

20oz shaker bottle with wire ball
brew a pot of coffee or chai tea

Put 4-6oz of 1/2 & 1/2 into the blender bottle and add 1 1/2 scoops of IDS MultiPro vanilla-cinnamon protein powder. Shake to blend. Pour the protein slurry into a huge mug and fill to the top with hot coffee or chai tea. Stir.
You can also mix your protein powders and use 1/2 vanilla-cinnamon and 1/2 chocolate. Or, you can add pumpkin pie spice to your vanilla-cinnamon for a pumpkin latte.
