- 2 scoops 'Whey To Go' Whey Protein Isolate
- 4 oz water + 1-2 oz reserve
- 6 oz ice
- 2 slices of those peaches we mentioned earlier
Blend on medium speed as not to add a ton of air. Add your last 1 oz or so to keep drinkable, and not turn into a solid protein mess.
Definitely a 10 oz serving.
Drink.

Shake Cake 2
I've been using a shot glass method to make mine. I have a mini measuring cup that is essentially just a shot glass.
1 ounce = 2 tablespoons = 1 shot glass (not to the very top though)
I use the same dry ingredients: a scoop of Chocoloate Champion Nutrition protein powder, 1 tablespoon of cocoa, 2 packets of Splenda, 1/4 to 1/2 tsp of baking powder. Then one shot glass each of: oil, half and half, and davinci syrup. I had been using caramel but just opened up a bottle of Egg Nog flavor today and so far it is my favorite without a doubt.
I do have to microwave mine for a minute usually. This morning took 1 minute and 15 seconds.

Protein Coffee
1-half & half, 2 scoops anywhey tasteless protein powder and some sf davinci syrup, mix it up in my blender ball and pour it into hot coffee and stir. The key to protein coffee is to mix the protein powder with a small amount of lukewarm water first, then add to hot coffee. Otherwise, the protein gets all lumpy and gacky (yes, that's a technical term).
2-If you don't have lactose issues, it's super yummy to add half/half or cream to the mix. You can warm that slightly in the microwave if you want your drink to stay hot longer.
3-Nuke or steam 8-10 oz of half and half, heavy cream, soy milk, or whole milk (depending upon what you can tolerate). Add in double shot of decaf espresso or 2-4 oz of decaf coffee. Stir. Add in a scoop of protein powder (I use a mix of Vanilla Cinnamon & Champion Whey chocolate).
4-Brew your coffee as usual. Blend/shake/stir 4 oz of 1/2 & 1/2 and 1 heaping scoop of IDS vanilla-cinnamon protein powder (Vitalady). Then, I just pour brewed coffee over the protein mixture to keep it under 130 degrees.

Protein Coffee or Chai Tea
20oz shaker bottle with wire ball
brew a pot of coffee or chai tea
Put 4-6oz of 1/2 & 1/2 into the blender bottle and add 1 1/2 scoops of IDS MultiPro vanilla-cinnamon protein powder. Shake to blend. Pour the protein slurry into a huge mug and fill to the top with hot coffee or chai tea. Stir.
You can also mix your protein powders and use 1/2 vanilla-cinnamon and 1/2 chocolate. Or, you can add pumpkin pie spice to your vanilla-cinnamon for a pumpkin latte.

Peanut Butter Banana Protein Shake
Trader Joe's chocolate whey protein powder - 2 scoops (Champion whey stacks is another one people love)
8oz of soy milk (could use regular milk)
2T of peanut butter
1 banana
1/2 T of cocoa powder (I like a hearty chocolate flavor)
(I also add my probiotic and a Tablespoon of flax oil)
1 cup of ice
Blend until smooth. I drink as much as I can (about half) and then freeze the rest and eat it later like ice cream.
