1/4 c. vanilla whey protein powder (low carb)
2 eggs
1/2 t. baking powder
1/4 t. salt
I had to use banana scream protein instead of the vanilla, and lemme tell ya, banana flavor was amazing!!! I just put all of the ingredients into my blender, blended very well, and made a triple batch. For the size of pancake I make (A little bigger than a softball), the triple batch made 12 pancakes. I just heated my skillet on medium/high heat and made them like regular pancakes.
