These are wonderful. I've been eating them for breakfast of late. You might need to adjust your quantities if you use a different bake mix.
1 roll of spicy breakfast sausage
1 8 oz pkg sharp cheddar cheese
3/4 c. low carb baking mix
Mix together thoroughly. You might need to use a pastry cutter or forks. I just use my hands. Form into balls. At first they are a little crumbly, but the heat from your hands will soften the cheese and sausage enough to form with the baking mix. Bake at 400 till brown and sizzling.
