1/2 cup ricotta
2 eggs beaten
1/4 cup vanilla whey protein powder
1/2 tsp baking powder
pinch salt
Mix 'em up, oil a griddle well, cook 'em, eat 'em. Watch that you don't make the griddle too hot (I heat mine on the stove, and just put the burner at "6" or medium. They burn easily. These are SO good, and I only use Smucker's sugar free syrup. Nothing else compares. I can now (slowly) eat an entire batch of these, and they're like 45 grams of protein
