Peanut Butter Banana Protein Shake

 Trader Joe's chocolate whey protein powder - 2 scoops (Champion whey stacks is another one people love)
8oz of soy milk (could use regular milk)
2T of peanut butter
1 banana
1/2 T of cocoa powder (I like a hearty chocolate flavor)
(I also add my probiotic and a Tablespoon of flax oil)
1 cup of ice

Blend until smooth.  I drink as much as I can (about half) and then freeze the rest and eat it later like ice cream.
