3/4 pound smoked salmon
1/4cup cream cheese
1 tablespoon milk
1 medium cucumber, sliced
2 medium tomatoes,sliced
Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
Place salmon on a cutting board. Soften cream cheese with milk and mix until smooth.
Spread on salmon. Rollup,slice crosswise into1/2 inchpinwheels, and place on plate.Season the cukes and tomatoes with salt and pepper.
